Svein Engh is Senior Advisor & Board Member of Purus.

Svein is also Head of the Blue Ocean Group at EnTrust Global, Portfolio Manager of its Blue Ocean Strategy, and a member of EnTrust Global’s Management Committee and Global Investment Committee. Svein joined EnTrust Global as a Managing Director in December 2015 and has 37 years' experience in the industry. Before joining EnTrust Global, Svein was Managing Director and Head of Maritime Lending and Leasing at CIT. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Octavian Maritime Holdings, Inc., where he was responsible for a lending and leasing portfolio.

Svein holds a BA and an MBA in Business Administration from Ohio University, where he was the recipient of the Distinguished Professor’s Scholarship and graduated with Honors.
